RETURN POLYCY

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within seven (07) days of the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:

  • You can send it back to us only after completing and submitting an online “return form” on the teory.it site within 7 days of receipt. By completing and submitting the online return and form, you will receive a return number that must be included in the return shipping label.must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
  • must have all disposable seals still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;
  • must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
  • must be sent in its original packaging;
  • Must be shipped to a service center within 7 days of return approval.
  • must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time;
  • We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider’s fulfillment house.
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.
The sale of beachwear and underwear is final. We reserve the right to assign other products that cannot be returned to the site. The details page of the product that cannot be returned will show these designs.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the Credit /Debit Card used or two months in case of payment made by debit card. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
We do not provide non-refundable refunds for products specified on this site.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion (orders above 80). If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping and processing fee of €15 when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted. Larger / bulky items i.e. playmats will be subject to a 45 administrative fee.

In the event that a return cannot be accepted, the sender will either have to pick up the item from our location or have it sent back to sender’s address-costs will be borne by customer.

IDENTIFICATION TAG
All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. Shoes come with a sticker under the sole; if you remove or alter this sticker, you may no longer return your purchase.

UPS
Your return can be sent to us by UPS, using the pre-printed label which you can find within the original shipment. Please visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff to find the UPS drop-off location nearest to you. You may also give your package to a UPS driver.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Supplier makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the products contained on the Site or products sold to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and implied warranties for a particular purpose. Description of the product included in the order confirmation. The provider is not responsible for any kind of damages arising from the use of the site. However, it is not limited to direct, indirect, accidental, incidental and consequential damages.
Certain state laws do not allow implied warranties or restrictions on the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If this law applies to you, the above or some disclaimer, exclusion or limitation may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.

FORCE MAJEURE
Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Shipping issues
If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us.

Defects:

Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. For items received via our courier UPS, and if the item is damaged, they will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for an investigation, otherwise no cover will be claimable.
In rare instance when defect is too complicated and cannot be clearly demonstrated by photo / video, you can drop the item off at our location for evaluation. We will then perform tests and / or send item to supplier to confirm defect. For items with local service center, you may approach them to confirm the defect. If item is sent back to us but we are unable to confirm the defect or alleged defect is considered to be within normal range of operation, we will have to request that you pick up the item from our location or have it sent back to you at extra charge.

Shipping charges (both ways) are not covered for overseas orders.
Non-defects:
You will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.
Only when similar item is out of stock, would we be able to process a refund via store credits for you. Kindly allow us 3-7 days to issue your credits after returned item is received.
Our return policy does not apply to selected items and brands.
Kindly note that some brands and products are subjected to a restocking fee for return / exchange. Click here for the list.
Kindly note the following guidelines for out of stock items:
In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item that was out of stock (in store credits), and will proceed to deliver the rest of the order.
We will inform you if the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to get a refund for that item or replace it with a different design or item.
Cancellations:
Kindly note that we are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website. Should you change your mind after placing the order online, you can opt to return the item at the terms above under non-defects.
